This policy explains what personal information IT Liner collects, how it is used, and under what circumstances it may be disclosed. By using our services, you accept this policy.
BY MAKING USE OF OUR SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT: (i) THE USE AND COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION; (ii) THE INSTALLATION ON YOUR DEVICES BY OUR COMPANY OR THIRD PARTIES OF THE SOFTWARE AND/OR COOKIES STATED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS; AND (iii) GETTING EMAIL AND OTHER FORMS OF COMMUNICATION FROM IT LINER AND POSSIBLY THIRD PARTIES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH MAY BE CHANGED OCCASIONALLY.
DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY.
In the event we decide to alter our Privacy Policy, the changes will be published on this page so you know what personal information we keep, how it is used by us, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
Aside from other stated provisions of this policy: (i) IT Liner reserves the right to disclose all information, including personal information, to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or as required by applicable law; and (ii) IT Liner may also make use of your information, including personal information, as allowed by law to enforce our rights and to protect our rights, property, websites, users and other clients.
Your use of our services is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use/User Agreement, and related policies and guidelines applicable to the service. You are obligated to respect the property and privacy rights of other users of our services and IT Liner. Failure to respect these rights may result in suspension or termination of your use of our services and products.
We (“we”, “us” and/or “our”) collect particular kinds of information about software users (“users”, “You” and “Your”) and we believe you should understand the terms and conditions around the collection and use of that information. This Privacy Policy reveals what personal information we collect and how it is used by us.
Our Privacy Policy pertains to all services and products offered and provided by IT Liner. It does not pertain to services or products offered by other individuals or enterprises, including sites or products that may be offered to you while using our products or services. You should review their policies before conducting business with them through our services. We are not responsible or liable for such parties’ use of your information.
We collect all information that our users enter during the process of registering or downloading to use our services and products. We keep records of your contact with us, including customer support communications. This comprises all information required to register and pay for our services, and all voluntary submissions you enter into our sites and services.
We do not store payment information. We use a third-party payment provider called SSLCommerz which stores the information you provide during payment. Our agreement with them stipulates that they use that information solely for the purpose of processing your payment(s) to us.
Access to personal information and your data is limited to IT Liner employees and consultants who require access to carry out their jobs.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use the personal information you provide, and that we collect, to provide our services — including support and billing. Information collected while tracking your use of our services is used to improve our products and services.
Except where we receive explicit consent, we do not disclose personal information about an individual client except to carry out their demands or as reasonably necessary to offer the services they have registered for.
Information we gather may be transferred to a third party in the event of a sale, acquisition, merger, financing, insolvency or bankruptcy involving us. Your personal information is also accessible to our suppliers delivering services and goods to us associated with offering our services (e.g. our cloud service provider, Digital Ocean. We also use your contact information to send information and notices about our products and services. You can opt out of getting these communications by using the unsubscribe link in the communication.
We keep the personal information you provide and the information we collect for five years after you no longer use our services or products. If you inform us that you no longer wish to use a service, or we stop your use of our service(s), we will deactivate your profile and related information so that it is no longer readily available to others or to you.
You can reach out to us to request the removal of your personal information from our systems, and we will do so using an irrevocable anonymisation process that will also lead to the termination of any active services. Please note that this solely affects personal information in our systems or those of our suppliers that we have control over.
Except where your use of our services or products has been suspended or terminated, you are able to see and update most of your information, including all your personal information, through your account(s). If you have any issues updating your personal information, please reach out to us at [email protected] to request the removal of incorrect information. We will reply to your request within 30 days.
If you have any questions about this policy or your personal information, please contact us.
IT Liner may modify this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion. If we make a material change, we will post notice on our website and may contact you at the email you have provided us. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your use of our service(s). Continued use of the service following a change constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
